Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our custom SaaS builds, pricing, and process.

How long does a typical SaaS build take?
Most projects take between 4–12 weeks depending on complexity. MVPs are often ready in about 6 weeks, while enterprise-grade builds can take 3–6 months.
Do you provide design and user experience work?
Yes. Every build includes UI/UX design in Figma, plus a reusable design system. We also support full rebrands and product redesigns for existing apps.
What tech stack do you use?
We use modern, proven technologies: Node.js, Go, or Python for backends; React, Vue, or Next.js for frontends; PostgreSQL or MongoDB for data. Hosting is managed on AWS, GCP, or Vercel depending on the project.
Can you work with our existing codebase?
Absolutely. We can audit, refactor, and enhance existing codebases. We’ll help you stabilize and scale your app while maintaining your existing infrastructure and users.
How is pricing structured?
We offer fixed-price packages (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) and fully custom builds. You can pay monthly or per milestone. Each engagement starts with a discovery phase to finalize scope and estimate.
Do we own the final code and IP?
Yes — you retain 100% ownership of your product, code, and intellectual property. We sign NDAs and work-for-hire agreements for every project.
What happens after launch?
After launch, we offer support, performance monitoring, and maintenance packages. Many clients continue working with us through monthly retainers to iterate on new features.
